Course Structure
This Graduate Certificate consists of four graduate-level courses (12 credits) delivered in English at MUT Bangkok (Asoke) Learning Center. The curriculum combines enterprise data management, programming for analytics, predictive modeling, and business process optimization to build practical, industry-ready competencies.

Enterprise Data Analytics
This course covers the management and utilization of organizational knowledge and information assets, focusing on databases and data warehouses as the foundation of modern analytics systems. Topics include transactional databases for personnel, inventory, sales, and marketing;
data warehouses for strategic decisions such as product launches, expansion, offshoring, and IPOs; information architecture, data acquisition, intelligent data management system design, and managerial reporting using business analytics software to solve complex analytics problems.
Programming for AI and Data Analytics in Business
This course develops practical Python skills for business analytics, automation, and AI-driven decision-making. Students learn to write and apply Python scripts for analytical tasks, workflow automation, and data retrieval from web and API sources. The course also introduces machine learning concepts and business AI applications, enabling students to use Python to solve real-
world managerial and operational problems.
Descriptive and Predictive Analytics
This course introduces descriptive and predictive analytics concepts, models, and quantitative techniques for business decision-making. Students learn to apply analytical models for insight discovery, forecasting business trends and behaviors, and evaluating model performance. Emphasis is placed on translating analytical results into strategic insights and effectively communicating findings to support managerial decision-making.
Business Process Analytics
This course covers business process concepts and their role in organizational performance, including process mapping and modeling, data collection and preparation, process analysis techniques, performance evaluation, and root cause analysis to identify bottlenecks. Students apply the DMAIC cycle and Lean Six Sigma principles to design process improvements, addressing quality management, change management, risks and data-related issues, outcome evaluation, and continuous improvement.
